Q: Are dried goji berries supposed to be super hard?
A: Like most dried fruit, each piece will vary in terms of sweetness, color, and texture. Goji berries tend to harden when exposed to cold temperatures or air. Hard goji berries are completely safe to eat, but can be easily rehydrated by soaking in water for 10-20 minutes.
