Frequently  Asked  Questions

Q: What is erythritol?
A: Erythritol is a sugar alcohol naturally found in a variety of fruits and veggies. The erythritol used in My Green Farm Zero Calorie Sweetener is made from Non-GMO corn that has been fermented.

Q: How is this item free from sugar or calories?
A: Unlike other sugars, erythritol is not digested or broken down by the gut but rather excreted in urine. Monk fruit may be sweet, but does not actually contain fructose or glucose which are the main culprits of unwanted spikes in blood sugar. Nature is cool!

Q: What makes monk fruit so sweet?
A: Monk fruit contains antioxidant-like compounds called mogrosides which are 300 times sweeter than sucrose (sugar). This magical zero calorie fruit extract has been used for centuries as a natural sweetener.
